After one sip, you’ll feel as if you’re somewhere over China.
This week’s hump-day cocktail is inspired by a event that just about made me fill my shorts.
I was walking to my car Sunday night when all of the sudden an explosive bang filled the sky and shook the buildings. No I did not scream like a girl, but I sure as hell jumped out of my skin. The enormous sound came from the space shuttle as it passed high over head breaking the sound barrier and my nerves at the same time. This drinks for you astronauts.
Space Shuttle Drink Recipe
1 jigger Dark Rum
1 jigger Vodka
1 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tablespoon Passion Fruit Juice
Fill shaker with ice. Add ingredients. Shake and strain over ice into collins glass. Raise glass and toast.
Enjoy.
