Time for Caribbean dream land.

This week’s wrap up is full of amazing stories that include St. Lucia, Bonaire, Martinique, and Jamaica. My favorite story isn’t a story though, it’s a video. Our friends at Elvis’ Beach Bar on the stunning island of Anguilla was featured by the Travel Channel and the below video is the result. You’ll get to know Brett, whom I’ve had the pleasure of sharing a rum punch with, and find out how he made is Caribbean dream come true.

Rum Journal – Finding a Rum Cave in St Lucia: It’s tucked away in a small corner of Marigot Bay, at the foot of the hillside Capella Marigot Bay. And inside is a must-stop for rum pilgrims (and boaters) on the island of St Lucia. –Story by Caribbean Journal

Why Not Live In The Caribbean – Meet Brett, the co-owner of Elvis’ Beach Bar on Anguilla – Story by the Travel Channel

Unforgettable Bonaire: I’m obviously drawn to tropical islands, but the beauty of the island is usually the only thing I feel connected to during my stay. This time it felt like I was leaving more than just a beautiful island: I felt like I was leaving new friends and missing out on all the gorgeous landscapes that I had yet to discover. –Story by Ordinary Traveler

14 Top-Rated Tourist Attractions in Martinique: Distinctly French, Martinique offers a seductive mix of magnificent beaches, lush mountains, fascinating history, and flamboyant tropical gardens. Fort-de-France is the main city and capital of this enticing island in the French West Indies. Visitors can explore architectural sites here and learn about the island’s pre-Columbian and colonial past at the city’s museums. For a poignant reminder of nature’s power, head to Saint-Pierre, a city built among the ruins of Martinique’s former capital, which was destroyed by the 1902 eruption of Mount Pelée. –Story by PlanetWare

Three Days at Hedonism II – The Caribbean’s Uninhibited HotelIt’s been a long time since I’ve seen so many naked people in one place. Thirty years, to be exact. That’s how long ago, as a fresh-faced student, I lived at Hedonism II during an 11-month-long college internship at the legendary adults-only all-inclusive resort in Negril, Jamaica. –Story by JetSetSarah
